A subtle white wine born on white shimmering Lutetian limestone surrounding the hillsides of ochre red glacial deposits bordering the Gassac stream.

Type of soil: 
White Lutetian Limestone.
Grape varieties: 
35% Viognier, 22% Petit Manseng, 16% Chardonnay, 10% Chenin, 17% variétés rares.
Vinification: 
Skin maceration for 5 to 7 days. Fermentation in stainless steel tank.
Harvest dates: 
3 September – 8 September 2018 (6 days).
Climate: 
A very wet spring. In 6 months the total rainfall of 2017 was reached. Then 3 months and half of perfect weather dry and very sunny. This leds to a later harvest, one of the latest for the past 20 years.
