A subtle white wine born on white shimmering Lutetian limestone surrounding the hillsides of ochre red glacial deposits bordering the Gassac stream.
A genuine rosé sparkling wine, it could almost be a fruit juice ! To drink within two years.
Whilst the Daumas Gassac great red wines are maturing, the juices are drained and re-circulated at least four times. Each time, some 15 to 20 litres of sediment filled wine are raised from the bottom of the barrels.
A little "Masterpiece" from the wine maker !
